Understand what happens when we are in our most reactive state
Why it’s so important to push the pause button
There are three versions of each Enneagram type, called subtypes. While people of the same Enneagram type have identical mental and emotional patterns, we have more variation in our subtype-based behavioral responses. Most people have one dominant subtype, while others have two highly active subtypes.
This unit explores the three subtypes of each type and how these three type variations are formed.
