Arrows for insight

Convergence of arrow lines

Convergence is another way of understanding our arrows — the types of the arrows that point toward or away from our core type—is that our actual type represents a resolution of the challenges or points of view of the types on either side of our core type.

Movement for development

Convergence is another way of understanding our arrows — the types of the arrows that point toward or away from our core type ‑ is that our actual type represents a resolution of the challenges or points of view of the types on arrow lines to our core type. This is shown in two ways; first, with the arrows that move in one direction, then with arrows that move in the opposite direction. Each of these representation are formulated that the development movement goes from “owning” the lower functioning of the first arrow type to “owning” the higher functioning of the second arrow type. However, the development can also involve “owning” the lower functioning of both arrowing lines or “owning” the higher functioning of both arrow lines. The term “owning” means moving something from your shadow and then accepting and integrating this aspect into a more fully aware self.
